2026-27 Future Student Night at Middle and High Schools!

Marana Unified School District is excited to invite students and families to Future Student nights, designed to help students prepare for their new middle or high school!
Current sixth graders and their families are encouraged to explore their future middle schools, and current eighth graders and their families can learn more about High School programs, electives, and opportunities. Meet school administrators, teachers, and staff, tour campuses, and get a firsthand look at the exciting programs and resources that await your student next year!
Tortolita Middle School Future Cougar Night:
Future Cougar Night at Tortolita Middle School gives families a chance to meet administrators, teachers, staff, and students, tour the campus, and learn about the school’s core classes, electives, and athletic programs. Guests can ask questions, explore opportunities for grades 7–8, and get a firsthand look at the supportive and welcoming environment that defines Tortolita.
TMS Future Cougar Night for current 6th graders and families

Mountain View High School Future Mountain Lion Night:
Future Mountain Lion night will showcase the wide range of academic, extracurricular, and Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs available at MVHS. Families will enjoy live performances from performing arts classes and student groups, learn about career pathways and electives, and connect directly with staff and current students. The evening begins with a welcome and performances, followed by an interactive opportunity to explore classes, clubs, and programs.
Mountain View Future Mountain Lion Night for current 8th graders and families

Marana Middle School Future Falcon Night:
Future Falcon Night at Marana Middle School will begin at 6:00 p.m. with a presentation from the administrative team and elective teachers in the auditorium. Afterward, families can tour the campus, visit elective classrooms, and attend breakout sessions on Student Services, Athletics, 21st Century classes, and Counseling Services. Guided tours will also be offered by WEB Leaders to provide a student perspective on life at Marana Middle School.
MMS Future Falcon Night for current 6th graders and families

MHS Future Tiger Night:
Future Tiger night attendees will have the opportunity to learn about Marana High School’s academics, AP courses, electives, CTE programs, clubs, and athletics. The evening includes welcome presentations in the Auditorium at 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. (families only need to attend one), guided campus tours led by MHS student leaders, live performances by the MHS band, and CTE showcases featuring automotive and agriculture science. Families can also meet teachers, students, administrators, and school leaders, and enjoy food trucks available on site.

Twin Peaks K-8 6th/7th Transition Night:
Incoming sixth and seventh grade students and families are invited to learn about what Twin Peaks K-8 has to offer for middle level learners - an overview of the sixth and seventh grades. Learn about sports and electives, participate in a parent Q & A with School Leadership, tour the campus, and more.
