Secretary
My name is Donna Berge. My involvement with Marana Unified started in 1992 when my family moved from North Dakota to Tucson and one of my daughters started Kindergarten at DeGrazia Elementary. I have been a room mom, volunteer mom, PTO mom, band mom, track mom, cross country mom, basketball mom, prom helper mom, junior class snack bar mom, grad night mom and the proud mom of 3 MVHS graduates. In 2006 I decided to become a MUSD employee as the Computer Lab aide at Tortolita Middle School. I moved from that job to the Student Office secretary at TMS. On April 1, 2014, I started my present job as secretary at Coyote Trail Elementary.
As the secretary, my job is to take care of the “big people” on a campus. By big people I mean the teachers, staff member, substitute teachers, visitors and parents that come through our front door daily. Please come and talk to me if you need to make an appointment with our administration, have a question about donations to the school, need to make a payment on a field trip or would like to make an Arizona Tax Credit Donation. As a year round employee, I am in the office in the summer and on breaks to answer questions, so please feel free to stop by and talk with me. (I also take care of the small people on our campus, too)
In my free time, you might find my husband and me at the airport as we love to visit our 4 daughters who live all over the country, at a restaurant enjoying some good food or at a North Dakota State University football game. If you don’t know about Bison football, come and visit with me. I will tell you all about it.
